Track and Trace:
Follow your parcel's progress all the way worldwide. The PARCELEX centralised database enables items to be tracked using their unique identity number which can then be checked by contacting PARCELEX Customer Service Centre.

Proof of delivery:
If you want a hard copy proof that your parcel has arrived, PARCELEX can send you a fax containing the name and signature of the person who accepted the delivery.

Non-deliverable items:
If PARCELEX cannot deliver the parcel for whatever reason (if, for example, the recipient refused it or the address is incorrect) PARCELEX will contact you for further instructions.

Import service:
If you want a parcel collected from any country or location PARCELEX will do it for you.
